Jordan co-founded Ibex Search in 2025 after more than a decade as a top recruiter at a prominent legal search firm in New York. Earlier in his career, he practiced law for seven years in the litigation and restructuring departments of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel and clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Puerto Rico.

With over 20 years in the legal industry, Jordan is known for his loyalty, creative thinking, and principled approach to guiding attorneys toward fulfilling careers. His practice spans partner transitions, associate placements, and in-house searches. His law firm clients range from elite AmLaw 100 firms to midsized and boutique firms, while his in-house searches include roles at public and privately held companies, including private equity-backed ventures, across industries such as technology, finance, transportation, and litigation funding.

Jordan earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Tufts University. He is also the co-author of How to Booze: Exquisite Cocktails and Unsound Advice (HarperCollins, 2010). He lives with his family in Brooklyn, New York.

Sarah co-founded Ibex Search in 2025 after over twenty years as a highly successful recruiter at a prominent national legal recruiting firm in New York. During the early part of her recruiting career, Sarah focused on in-house placements and client development where she maintains a deep network and valued experience. Over time, Sarah's practice has evolved to focus on partner and counsel placements. 

Before recruiting, Sarah practiced for five years at Cravath Swain & Moore. She earned her law degree at New York University School of Law, cum laude. She earned a B.S., cum laude, at Duke University in biology with a double major in history.

Sarah approaches the recruiting process with many of the same qualities that make for exemplary lawyering:  attention to detail, unshakeable ethics and perseverance.

Sarah lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her wife and daughter.
